As an early motherhood consultant, I am your go-to lifeline for some of the challenges that come with the newness of motherhood. A former highly sought-after family assistant to high net-worth families across the east coast, my expertise was in creating systems to help parents and children thrive. My extensive experience in behavior modification while working alongside psychologists, occupational therapists and childhood professionals has shaped my framework in coaching families to achieve balance in early parenthood.
Taking a pause for motherhood led me to a desire to serve women in this particular season. I feel called to provide the same level of care to women who may not have access to fully staffed homes, or the ability to hire me as a full time family assistant.
As a mother to 4 young children, I have a deep understanding of the challenges of new motherhood: breastfeeding, sleep troubles, potty training, and self-care.
